PLΛTO stands for Progress Learning Automated Training Operations and is an online system designed to help training managers. It simplifies the process of scheduling courses and managing delegates. It automatically sends out joining instructions and questionnaires by email. Reports are available at the click of a button and all users can access an online personal development plan and request courses they need to attend.
It will save the training manager time and money and is easy and free for them to use.
The key element for Progress Learning is that whenever a training manager requires an external coach or trainer all they need to do is to click a button in PLΛTO and we will be notified of the requirement.
And this is where you come in.
We need two things. We need high quality business coaches and trainers who can deliver excellent on-site courses and maintain a great relationship with clients. We also need business-minded people who would introduce PLΛTO to organisations on our behalf and effectively demonstrate the system to the users.
PLΛTO works as a marketing tool for you and us. If you introduce PLΛTO to an organisation you will receive both a percentage of all revenue generated from that organisation (20% for the first 12 months then 10% indefinitely afterwards) and first refusal on any work they request. If you cannot deliver a course then another of our trainers will do so and you will earn the introducer's commission thus allowing you to earn a residual income.
We pay a highly competitive daily rate to our associates so, together with our generous introducer's commissions, you could earn a significant income. You may just wish to provide delivery for us and do no introducing. That's fine too.
