  • The HRD Manager is responsible for booking/ scheduling the courses and coaching.
  • Each member of staff has a login with which they can view the scheduled courses and request a place on one.
  • Staff members can also request a place on courses that are yet to be scheduled.
  • A user’s manager must approve a course request before it is forwarded to the HRD Manager.
