Automatic Measurement
Measurement of learning has always been a fairly tortuous affair and very rarely done successfully beyond the traditional happy sheets.
HRD managers, however, are often called upon to justify the L&D spend within an organisation which, in the absence of much hard data can prove a tricky task.
PLΛTO will, therefore, do the measurement and reporting for you. Before each course PLΛTO will send out a short questionnaire and a similar questionnaire will follow after the course. Three months after the course, a follow-up questionnaire will be sent to both the delegate and their manager asking for details of the impact of the learning on their behaviour.
All this will be done automatically and all results will be rolled-up into an easy to read report.

With PLΛTO everyone can take responsibility for their own learning. Each individual has access to their own online PDP together with a view of current scheduled courses and a directory of possible courses.
Final decisions as to whether they can access courses still rests with the HRD manager and individual managers but the process begins with the individual.
